VISION
TO PROVIDE THOSE WHO ARE EXPERIENCING HOPELESSNESS AND DESPAIR HOPE AND HEALING THROUGH DISCONNECTION FROM THE WORLD, RECONNECTION TO JESUS, AND CONNECTION WITH OTHERS AT BAM RETREATS AND WORKSHOPS.
WHAT WE DO
Beautiful Ashes Ministries exists to help women that are “stuck” get “unstuck”.
“Stuck” is finding oneself in circumstantial hopelessness due to varying life challenges that call for introspection and solitude with Jesus.
“Unstuck” is being transformed by the renewing of the mind. This is done through the removal of distractions from the world that interfere with relationship with Jesus; the only solution for healing and proactivity.
HOW WE DO IT
Our solution is made possible by hosting manageable, time-sensitive retreats, roughly an hour outside of DFW in Mineral Wells, TX (the wellness capital of Texas). Here, our attendees immediately unplug from the world (limited service), reconnect with Jesus (quiet times, break-out sessions, bonfires, chef-prepared meals, praise & worship), cultivate community (sessions, activities, and alumni), and heal (transparency, accountability, and encouragement).
HOW WE QUANTIFY OUR SUCCESS
We are seeing measurable success in relational transformation through our attendees and growing alumni. We are seeing relationships healed or exited based on the spirits guidance and internal trust of the spirits governance in our ladies lives. Getting to see the movement from the floor into their mission, Lord at work in and through BAM.
HOW WE’RE INCREASING AWARENESS
Throughout the year we host local, topical, workshops led by our clinical supervisor Emily Fadool (LPC-S), Bible Teacher, Jayme Dixon, and partnering ministries/leaders in the faith!
