The Transformed Life

What does it look like to experience lasting transformation?

Many women find themselves feeling stuck repeating patterns they wish they could change; struggling to live consistently with what they know to be true, or wondering why growth sometimes feels difficult despite their desire to follow Christ faithfully.

Scripture teaches that God designed us as integrated beings with a spirit, soul, and body. When these areas are aligned under the lordship of Christ, we are able to experience greater freedom, maturity, peace, and purpose.

Our first full weekend retreat will explore what it means to pursue transformation through the lens of Spirit, Soul, and Body.

Throughout the weekend, participants will learn how biblical truth, spiritual formation, emotional health, and physical regulation work together in God’s design for human flourishing.

What We Will Explore

Spirit

Led by Jayme Dixon

Transformation begins with God.

Through biblical teaching and discipleship, Jayme will explore what Scripture teaches about spiritual formation, abiding in Christ, renewing the mind, and living from our identity as sons and daughters of God. Together, we will examine how lasting change occurs as we surrender our lives to Him and allow His Spirit to shape us from the inside out.

Soul

Led by Emily Fadool

Drawing from biblical wisdom, psychology, and principles explored in Anatomy of the Soul, Emily will help participants better understand the internal experiences that often influence our relationships, decisions, and spiritual lives.

Together, we will explore how fear, anxiety, shame, and past experiences can shape the way we think, feel, and engage with God and others; and how awareness can become an important part of transformation.

Body

Led by Anna Boyd

Our bodies often communicate what our minds struggle to articulate.

Anna will teach practical tools for nervous system regulation and help participants understand how God designed the body to respond to stress, safety, connection, and rest. Through simple practices and guided exercises, women will learn ways to become more aware of their physical responses and cultivate greater peace and presence.
